“No-shows” and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients don’t get the opportunity to book their treatments in those time slots.
We strive to be the very best therapists for you and invest a great deal in post-graduate education to stay abreast of the latest advances in the industry, in order to provide you with the best treatment options available.
Beauty Therapy Cancellation Policy:
Life is hectic and sometimes you may need to change your booking, but we kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments so that we can offer that time slot to another client who may be on a waiting list.
If you can’t give 24 hours notice and have to cancel your appointment at short notice, you have 2 options:
- send a friend or family member in your place
- pay a cancellation fee of $30
Cosmetic Tattoo Cancellation Policy:
Upon booking a Cosmetic Tattoo treatment, a $150 deposit will be requested which is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.
We hope this clearly highlights the reasons behind the introduction of this policy which will take effect immediately. While cancellation charges are now standard in the industry, we hope that Studio 31 will not be pressured to put it into practice.
CHRISTMAS CANCELLATION POLICY
Its is that busy time of year and we are getting booked up fast! As the girls rely on their appointments we are implementing a 50% cancellation payment on all appointments within a 24hr period for the whole of December. We hope you understand and support our girls during the silly season x
